He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA) pursuing Aerospace Engineering and with research focusing on developing high-fidelity and parallel Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code with application in eVTOLs, wind turbines, and rotorcrafts. He finished his Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University in 2019. At BQP, he focuses on envisioning the goal and working towards fulfilling the company's vision and mission by focusing on the holistic growth of each aspect of the startup from business, marketing, to the technical side.
Chief Technical Officer
He is currently getting his Ph.D. in the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) of hypersonic applications at the University of Minnesota (USA). He graduated from Rutgers University in 2019 with a major in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. At BQP, he leads the technical team and focusing on emerging technologies and different areas to expand into. He is also actively looking at different kinds of simulations that can be integrated into BQP, along with advancements made in quantum computing.
Chief Business Officer
He finished his Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University in 2019. He's very passionate about alternative fuels and their development in the transportation industry as well as the progression of aircraft development which is where simulations play a major role. At BQP he leads the operations and business development side of the company. His role helps in the growth of the company and envisioning what the next steps should be.
Chief Commercial Officer
He is currently pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) working on Financial Modeling and he is also pursuing CPA, USA (AICPA Auditor, BEC). He finished his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Christ University, Bangalore. At BQP he manages the finance and accounting part of the equation and also assists in compliance and other regulatory aspects of the business.
Chief Marketing Officer
He is currently a pre-sales associate at Byju's and graduated from Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Engineering Technology, Bhilai, India with a bachelor's in computer science engineering. With proven and tested sales strategies as well as marketing skills, he at BQP works on marketing strategies and social media management. He is leading BQP's community efforts like adopting and feeding stray dogs as well as the Women
in the Quantum initiative.
She is an architecture student at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India and currently working as an intern at Swati Architecture. She is the winner of the National Design Competition and USGBC's international scholarship. Motivated by her innovative design skills, she brings in new marketing techniques for BQP's outreach activities. She has led the "Women in Quantum" initiative at BQP..
Dr. Chennakesava Kadapa
Dr. Kadapa is a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bolton, United Kingdom. He earned his master's degree from the IIT Kanpur, India, and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University (UK) where he was awarded with prestigious Zienkiewicz scholarship. Before his PhD, he worked as a finite element stress analysis engineer at General Electric Aviation, Bengaluru, India. Dr Kadapa's expertise includes research software development for FEA, CFD and Multiphysics, including parallelisation for HPC
Dr. Arish Pitchai
He is currently a professor at Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India. He obtained his Doctoral degree in Quantum Computing from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India. He worked as Associate Consultant, Quantum R&D, Atos, Pune. His research interests include Quantum Computing, Game Theory, Artificial Intelligence, and Algorithms. He has published research papers in refereed international journals and international conferences. At BQP, he is mentoring the Quantum team in research and development. He brings a wealth of knowledge as well as establishing an academic-industry partnership.

Mr. Sethi brings in more than 30 years of experience in leading global organizations including Hero MotoCorp (as Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Human Resource Officer and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility), Ranbaxy (as director of business solutions IT), and Tata Consultancy Services. He has been instrumental in the field of digital transformation and #sustainability, and here at BQP, he will push our disruptive Quantum-SaaS Multiphysics Simulation solution to new breadths, especially in the automotive and aerospace sector.

Satish, M.Tech, PGDID has over 14 years of industrial experience specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling & analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in various industries such as Automotive/Ground Transportation, Aerospace, Defense, CPI (Chemical Process Industry), Manufacturing, Building Services, Marine, Electronic Cooling and Life sciences. He has received Master’s Degree in Engineering Mechanics with focus on Thermo-fluids and CFD from IIT Delhi. He has multi-faceted experience covering key application areas such as Aero-acoustics, Aero-Vibro-acoustics, Turbulent flows, Conjugate Heat Transfer, Multi-phase flows, Reacting flows, Fire & Smoke, Discrete Element Method, Electro-plating, Electro-magnetic, Magneto-hydrodynamic and Turbomachinery applications. He has experience with wide-variety of physics based simulations through PoCs, Benchmark tests, validation studies and consulting projects.
